We needed a one day nanny to attend a function in Ireland. Susan was very responsive right from the beginning. We reached out a few months prior while we still in our home country. We mentioned our needs as far as nanny was concerned and Susan was able to secure a wonderful nanny for us. Communication was always on time regardless of time difference and even after we got to Ireland, Susan still maintained the same level of communication. She kept us posted until the end. Susan sent us one of their best. Anita arrived with bags and bags of toys that were age appropriate for our children. Anita was able to entertain my infant who was going through separation anxiety at the time and our older child. Anita Kept us posted throughout the day. She asked questions about our children and how she could make the children comfortable, if it was needed. Anita has had lots of experience as a nanny but she respects a parent and asks for parent's opinion about the child and to me, that was very huge. My 5 year old was sad when Anita was leaving. She said she would like have Anita daily as her nanny. Thank you Susan and Anita. It was our first time leaving our children in someone else's care in a foreign country, that alone came with alot of anxiety for us parents. Thank you for making the process seamless and comfortable. Thank you Anita for being wonderful to our children. We hope to use the agency again in a few years when we visit Ireland again. Anita also has this cute book where the children she nannies colours and draws on. Anita keeps this book so she can remember the children. I thought that was too cute. Thank you.

I recommend this company to anyone traveling to Dublin. Myself and my husband were Traveling to Dublin for only 2 nights as it was a transit stop on the way there and the way back from visiting my family in the UK. We desperately wanted some childcare for our 3 month old baby so we could unwind after our very long flight and relax a little. However, I was very nervous to leave my baby in the hands of someone I didn't know and so I researched for a trustworthy agency but I was still very nervous. Susan (the owner) However was absolutely amazing at communicating back to me and reassured me that she would match me with someone to match our Childs age and situation and she could not have been more spot on with who she provided to us. Susan from the minute I emailed was responding with all of the questions I asked and guided me through the whole process, she made me feel very comfortable about using her agency. Susan let me know her company works in hotels in Dublin and that she had matched me with Glaucia a babysitter/ Nanny that she believed would be a great fit. From the moment I met Glaucia I knew that we would be in good hands. Glaucia was so friendly and accommodating and she felt like a friend . She was very open about her life and experience with children and she was fantastic with our baby. You can tell she is very passionate about her profession. She arrived early so she could understand our babies needs before we went for dinner and to enjoy some time alone and she was just amazing with our baby. She kept us updated with pictures and texts throughout our time out (as I asked for this) and made me feel extremely comfortable. We have decided to use her again on our return and I recommend this agency and anyone looking for a Nanny or babysitter. Highly recommend this Agency.

We travelled home to Dublin from US and we were in a serious bind to find a babysitter for a wedding and day 2. Someone had recommended nanny.ie and they were absolutely fantastic. We have newborn twins and we were a bit nervous about handing them off but Susan who runs nanny.ie was incredibly empathetic, called us to assure ys about the care our kids would be in and the minders who work for her were just as amazing.
