We will discuss your employment requirements and can arrange a 1-to-1 interview. We understand that a nannyâs working hours and days can be hectic and unpredictable so we are more than willing to work with you to arrange an interview time that is suitable to your schedule (including meeting you in the evening time on a Saturday if needed). This can be either at the Belgrave offices in Dun Laoghaire or a more convenient location to you if feasible.

Below is a list of items that we will require from you at interview stage:
- Updated curriculum vitae
- We provide a CV service if you need to create or update yours â minimal charge
- Written references from current and previous employers in childcare
- Photocopies accepted
- Copy of all original certificates from courses completed
- Photo identification i.e. Passport or Full driving licence
- Full Driving Licence (if you have one).
After Placement Service
We pride ourselves on our after placement service. This provides you with the confidence that for any reason you are not happy with a situation at work, feel that you need a third party to intervene on your behalf, we are here to listen and help you.
If you would like to meet up with other nannies in your new location or perhaps make some new friends the agency would be delighted to assist you. Also we would be delighted to help or give advice with accommodation, local doctor/dentist, baby and toddler groups etc. if you are relocating from another country or city. Our staff will welcome your calls at any time.

Police Vetting Procedure
A Garda (Police) vetting procedure has been implemented since April 2008 for all candidates seeking employment with Belgrave Agency. This very important procedure is carried out by the Garda Central Vetting Unit with the assistance of the National Recruitment Federation. Belgrave Agency is one of the first nanny agencyâs to carry out this vital procedure and has lead the way for other childcare agencies to follow. This is a simple process and we do most of the work - it creates peace of mind for both our nannyâs and our clients.
