About April Plant

I have worked in Childcare for over 10 years, I first started out as a qualified Childcare Educator and went on to train as a Montessori Teacher. I decided to work as a Nanny to further my career and and offer one-to-one care within a family home environment. I truly became a part of each and every family I worked with. After a few years, I trained as a Recruitment Consultant and joined Belgrave Agency to continue giving support to families in need of qualified professionals and those seeking to work in the same capacity as I once did. It is a pleasure to work with both families and childcare professionals each day.
